Sometimes, finding the time to come for a therapy session isn’t practical, if you need therapeutic support. Online video counselling or telephone support may suit you.
You can be in the comfort of your own space and you can get the same quality of therapy from me, that you would if you were in the room with me. Sometimes the fact that you are in your own space allows you to relax further and benefit from the therapy.

I use Doxy.me, Teams and Vsee as the video messaging services, all calls are confidential.
Doxy.me - All data transmitted during calls uses standards-based encryption (point-to-point and end-to-end), while data stored on their servers utilizes 256-bit AES encryption. The platform is designed to meet strict healthcare privacy standards, including HIPAA and GDPR
Vsee - is used by medical services and NASA, the US Congress and keeps client data secure with 256-bit AES encryption, secure, confidential and encrypted. This upholds the security and working ethics for my counselling practice
